Subscriptions & billing
- Free trial: the annual plan starts with 3 free days. We send a reminder before the trial ends — no surprise charges.
- Cancel anytime: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lull, or manage subscriptions. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged.
- Restore purchases: Profile → Restore purchases inside the app (same Apple ID required).
- Refunds: purchases are billed by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, saved mixes, and sleep history from our servers. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
Common questions
- Does audio keep playing when I lock my phone? Yes — playback continues in the background with lock-screen controls.
- Does Lull work offline? Yes. All sounds are bundled with the app; airplane mode is a first-class citizen.
- Where did my streak go? A night counts with at least 5 minutes of listening. Sessions are saved even if the app is closed overnight.
