Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Lull iOS application ("Lull", "the app", "we"). By downloading or using Lull you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Lull provides sleep, relaxation, and focus audio: a catalog of looping sounds, user-created mixes, a sleep timer, and personal listening insights. Lull is a wellness product, not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a sleep disorder, consult a professional.

2. No accounts

Lull has no account system and no sign-in. Your mixes, insights, and preferences live on your device. Legacy accounts created by earlier versions have been retired; if you ever created one and want its server-side data removed, email us and we'll delete it within 30 days.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Lull Premium is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription (US$39.99/year, with a 3-day free trial), an auto-renewing monthly subscription (US$6.99/month), and a one-time lifetime purchase (US$79.99). Prices in other regions are set by Apple's equivalent tiers and shown before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The free trial converts to a paid annual subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase of another plan.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its audio content; use the service to violate any law; or interfere with its operation. The audio in Lull is licensed for personal listening within the app only.

5. Intellectual property

Lull, its sounds, artwork, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Mixes you create are configurations of our licensed audio; you retain no ownership of the underlying recordings.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
